Black Monday helped Barclays to create a new mobile app to help potential home owners to research and finance their dream property. Working closely with the mortgage side of the business engage with both their partners and customers through user research and testing we created an all-in-one experience where properties could be located, viewings booked, travel to and from properties planed and scheduled, ratings and reviews posted, and ultimately a mortgage approved in principle.

Detailed visual and interaction guidelines were created that aligned with the core Barclays brand whilst maintaining a unique flair that represented the Homeowner experience.
